Signal Ridge Group
Trust & Security
A practical overview of how we approach confidentiality, operational safety, and customer trust.
Evidence-first and scope-driven
Our work starts with the customer’s environment, agreed scope, operational constraints, and available evidence. We distinguish verified observations from assumptions and prioritize recommendations according to operational consequences.
Protecting sensitive OT information
Assessment work can involve asset inventories, network information, configurations, findings, and other sensitive operational material. We discuss appropriate collection, transfer, access, and delivery arrangements with each client as part of engagement planning. Client-specific requirements should be documented in the applicable agreement or statement of work.
Operational safety and change control
We recognize that industrial environments place special demands on availability and safety. Activities that could affect operational systems should be coordinated with authorized customer personnel, scoped appropriately, and reviewed for operational impact. Assessment does not imply permission to conduct active scanning, intrusive testing, or production changes.
Use of technology and partners
Signal Ridge uses purpose-built assessment workflows and may coordinate with qualified technology or engineering partners when an engagement calls for specialized capability. The scope of any partner involvement, data exchange, or external processing should be established for the engagement rather than assumed from this website.
Clear boundaries and accountability
We aim to provide actionable findings, documented reasoning, and defined next steps. Our services are not represented as a managed security operations center or a guarantee against cyber incidents. A client engagement is governed by its agreed scope, responsibilities, and contractual protections.
